Just because they are foreign, doesn't mean they are better. I think many people fall into the trap into thinking that because the grass always seems greener 'mentality' people have.

Watched them a bit. He looks very good to be honest....very very strong and makes the right runs, links well. I'm pretty sure he will be a success.

No, he is saying that just because you are South American or Spanish does not automatically mean you will be better than any other nationality, including Irish or British.

Yes. But he is a classic DMC. We have 2 of them, that cost combined £1 million.

As our Scottish correspondent mentioned last week McCarthy is making another step up the ladder in joining us so he is going to need a few weeks!. He was a star in the SPL as a teenager and has been a regular in The Premiership with Wigan. The boy - along with SC - was outstanding for The ROI against England at Wembley. There is no doubt that 13 million is too much but so is the money we got for Felli which obviously impacted the McCarthy deal. He is going to be a fan favourite. Giving the boy a chance would be a start. Sheesh.
