Well we need to strengthen somewhere as we will finish 7th this season IMO.
Arsenal, Chelsea, City, Utd, Spurs, Liverpool will all finish above us.

What role does McCarthy play? yes he knows the prem ect but lets be honest, he isn't very good from what I've seen about him.

I'd say Alcaraz is the best all rounder in terms of playing the system and defence so far. Distin is only on his way out if he feels he is on his way out, he looks to show no signs of ageing just yet. Give the players time to get used to all this change and it will reap reward mate. He has bought players in to play the system and given us potency up front. Lets see how we go before we write off our chances of top 6/7 and wait till the January window to see if the transfer policy is right.

I don't have scouts around the world mate whereas he should do and probably does.
You're trying to play the passing game with people who can't. For this to work, we will need 2 new CBs as jagielka and distin can't pass a ball to save there life. A person like Daniel Agger who can carry it out.
God knows why we didn't sell vellios, he will never play as lukaku/mirallas/deulofeu/jelavic/kone are all ahead of him. So that is like 10-15k of the wage bill.

Answer this, would you rather go to South america/spain and get a decent player who have technical ability or get Kone/McCarthy/Alcaraz (never seen alcaraz much but he wern't really a ball playing defender)
