Keane a coward ? oh come on, he never hid, he never shirked a challenge, he lead from the front and he single handedly got his teams back into games on numerous occasions. he practically won Utd several titles on his own.

His "tackle" on Haaland is the most cowardly thing I have ever seen on a football pitch. Total snide thing to do. If he wanted revenge (For an accident by the way..) then the none cowardly thing to do would be to confront him upfront about it not try to break his leg without even looking at him.

So what, loads of players put tackles in but they don't get called hardmen. Snapping Haaland was the most despicable cowardly thing I've seen on a football pitch, a place where the worst punishment he could receive was a red card. Would have loved to see his "hard man" antics in the real world where he'd get his silly little face rearranged.

Even on a pitch against people like Ferguson or a Mick Harford.

By his own admission he stayed clear of Duncan Ferguson who deserves the appellation of hard man. Which says it all really.
Just to make it clear it was the 'trophy' comment that was unnecessary,snide and deliberately antagonistic.

Most disappointing thing for me was the comment re trophies. Really no need and it had no relevance to the point he was trying to make. He did make some valid points then went a left the media with the wrong soundbite.
