Whilst they keep putting in such lethargic, gutless, lazy performances where they struggle to burst into a jog, then they will all be potential scapegoats in my eyes.

I declare my hand, I was relying on Everton radio today. Snods said he did well, from the commentary he did well.

I just feel we always need a scapegoat no matter what.

He was very poor in my eyes, but I'm simply not a fan of midfielders who are either sideways or back. I don't rate him at all, never did, and never will. I think he's out of his depth. But to scapegoat him solely today would be wrong. He ran as little as the rest of them.

A fair comment. I always see a need for a destroyer but he does need a creative player alongside him. This team may not suit him.

I do believe he wanted a move which did surprise me at the time. He is a Koeman type player. He still has a future if he takes his chance.

I like Jimmy Mac, but this, he is not.

Not that I think Koeman has a 'type', but at the moment this side desperately needs a player who can control a game.

Jimmy Mac could barely control the ball at times today.

He just needs to do more. He's so safe with his play, and it's not helping anybody.

(I don't think he was awful btw)

I don't think that was our issue today to be honest. Lack of craft and guile in the final 3rd let us down as it always seems to. That and Jags.

I think it's always the problem with this team. Guile yes, of course we need that, but everything we do needs to be so much quicker. We are so bleeding slow. It's no wonder we don't have a threat when we simply don't run at pace. It frustrates the life out of me how static we are.

He has no future. Unless we have no money and are happy to be a mid table club. Thankfully we aren't anymore.
He had a chance today, I don't think he will be getting many more.

And I think there will be a mid table team out there who will pay decent money for him. So it's a win win as far as I'm concerned

Fair enough he wasn't particularly fit for today, but I've seen him given actual praise for today. I don't get it. I don't get him.

People seem to have an agenda to support him. Just like I openly have for Deulofeu.
