I think a lot of fans are wary of us bringing players, talented, but with injury prone records asking for huge wages, then breaking down a fortnight after getting here, or even worse not being able to acclimatise to the premier league’s pace and physicality when they are fit.

they may not be favoured by their respective clubs at the moment but they are still top pedigree players and certainly miles better than anything we currently have

having these types of players in the squad will not only elevate the other players around them but will make such a huge difference in us being a club that fights to be in the top 7/8 to a club that could fight to be in the top 5-6 and push for the last champions league spot
