I'm with you, the squad is crap. But don't compound that.

But again its not just "crap" mate its a mentality issue and having someone like James on a pedestal being indulged and given privileges does nothing to break the cycle as players look at him and think "if he's given slack why should I run myself into the ground?" We want to be a team fighting for Europe so we just bin of our most talented player? I'm gonna be honest he played more last season than i expected he would, he also puts a shift in on the pitch and anyone saying he doesn't has an agenda. Most games you would see him tracking back and trying to win the ball back when his team mates were utterly useless
