Load of balls. He missed games for Everton to lounge around so he'd be fit for Colombia, is what it is. It was hilarious when it came back to bite him on the arse when Colombia - rightfully - told him to do one.

Because it was a niggling injury. We rushed him back for the Sheff Utd match and he wasn't ready. Didn't play well. Still set up two golden chances we somehow missed.

My point was the club gave him permission to leave. So it's on the club to see him fly off to Colombia early. Should he have put the photo on? Absolutely not.

It's fine, we can play another way and be absolutely fine, but you don't replace that quality.

My issue is we haven't even replaced him in the squad. We've just got four really average players currently available, and one back up in Gordon.

Good luck to James, it's a pity he couldn't have been utilised in some way by the manager. I'm sorry to see him leave the club but at least we have a natural replacement in Tom Davies.

See ya later. It's a shame he couldn't act professionally and honour his contract by trying to be fit and playing games when needed. Hope he enjoyed all his holidays we paid for and his retirement now that no top team will touch him again and his national team have binned him also. Absolute waste of talent.
