I’m distanced from Liverpool football club and haven’t been near the place and I can tell you they’re playing Burnley this weekend.

Part time attitude simple as that. Thankfully non of these people are managing the club as it would continue to be a mercenaries circus.

I said when benitez came he would make some unpopular decisions to benefit the atmosphere at the club. Work shy mercenaries are an absolute hinderance to a team that requires all hands to the pump.

I've worked with senior managers who were serving their notice - unbelievable how unprofessional the work environment becomes when people who were looked up to suddenly become disinterested ....... It literally is a green flag for others to take their foot off the pedal.

Disagree with all that. He's injury prone and you could argue a luxury player. Too tired to play was muscle fatigue lost in translation. Anyway I've had my say. Not wasting anymore time in here going round in circles.

I've been hoping for it to turn around and Benitez finds a role for him, am also supportive of a manager moving any player on that doesn't fit their philosophy because we need 11 players on the pitch singing from the same hymn sheet but this comment on twitch sounds to me like a deliberate shunning of Everton. 'I don't care one way or the other' kind of thing and that is a problem to me. If he didn't know because of being alienated and not training is one thing, saying it on twitch is another thing and he knows it, as do we. Quality player but lets free up some funds and get someone who looks at the very least looks at the fixture list

I think he's likeable enough, but you're paying a player massive money who is half arsed in everything he does professionally, and like in any job if a colleague sees that they'll invariably have a "why should I bother if he's paid more and doesn't bother" mindset.

Everton are a basket case as a club because we've accommodated this type of mercenary too often for too long. Under Moyes, players were vetted to have an attitude that fitted into the club ethos - that no longer happens, so we have the likes of Iwobi rocking up for £30m.

It needs to stop. The club needs direction.

He shouldn’t have put that on when he did.

but he was given permission by the club to leave, see his daughter before in theory joining up with the Colombia squad. He was injured and wouldn’t have played

Loads of the squad get on with eachother ..... Mirallas got on with Schneiderlein. Doesn't mean it's a positive thing for the team.

Rodriguez does look to be an affable bloke definitely.

Not really too bothered about that, I want players who demand the best from eachother...... Not turn up to happyfarm for a nice cuddly 5 a side before playing 18 holes.

I can’t really blame him or any other player for wanting to get out of dodge atm, but hopefully that changes!
