The reality is that if we don’t have a lot to spend, will we get a better Centre Back for the price.
He looks more of a leader type than our current centre halves, he’s also even more of a snide.

I remember hearing from an ex player at Sheff Utd that he was more highly rated than Maguire but he suffered with the souls of his feet, and that held him back a bit when he was coming through. I’m guessing they sorted that out.

If we are spending whatever money we have on a new midfield then I can understand this. Rarely injured which is bonus and could maybe form a decent partnership with Godfrey.
