that was naturally my first assumption, given the avatars, he could have forgotten he had created two of you, but hey, you could just be two like mainded, fun loving guys, having a good time

No chance we'd get Perisic for £8mil mate. Wolfsburg are a wealthy club and are flying atm, they have no need to sell their best player(s). He's scored 5 since he came back from injury, plus got a few assists. If he goes in jan it'd be for £13/14mil

thought it was odd we could get him for that low in the summer, but that's what was quoted - think it was to do with a buyout?

Not proven in the Premier League he isn't. Deulofeu, whilst clearly not the finished product has shown he can play at a quality level in the league, perhaps not as consistently as we would have liked, but he has proven himself in the league and produced consistently at Sevilla.
There's an associated risk with bringing in quality from other leagues, in that they might not settle, their game might not suit the league.
Deulofeu is a known quantity. He is quality. Frustrating but quality. He also has a higher ceiling. You pay extra for that potential in a younger player. He knows the team, the players and the league. A worthwhile addition for mine, particularly if we can afford him.
Not saying that Perisic isn't a quality player as I think he is, but he'd cost more than 8million for mine, and isn't proven in the league.

Left wing deffo the main area of concern for mine though, the likes of Konoplyanka and that other Ukranian fellow going cheaply with that being their final year of contract in January would also be options.

think perisic would have no problem tbh, been very good in the bundesliga and showed his talents at the WC. i wouldn't really call delafeou proven in the prem - just because he played here a season. he made the odd contribution here and there. just feel perisic is one of those players good enough to not be a success here. left wing is our biggest priority, well a winger of some sort at mirallas' level of quality seeing as he's probably best on the left himself.

oxlade ffs, break the bank for oxlade!

Napoli in for him mate. Wolfsburg want €15mil at least for him. He'd be an unbelievable signing but I can't see us spending big money this Jan.

Would be a top quality front 4 that. Shame like has been said though we would have to pay around £15 mil for him.
