It didn't look that way to me over last few games, I thought we have played with passion, I kno as a club things are not going great at the moment, but saying Martinez has lost the dressing room is bollocks
 
Just watched the Klassiker to see what Terence Kongolo was like....very solid, but Jordi Clasie was the best player on the pitch by a country kilometre....he'd be just like Besic -full off energy, passion and no shortage of skill
 
I'll tell you what, I think he's right about Atsu. People really give him a little bit too much stick if you ask me, he simply isn't as bad as people make him out to be. However it is INCREDIBLY worrying if he means what he says about not needing to buy another winger - reeks of the poor adaptability that he had at Wigan and the seemingly lack of know how to change the squad for the better. Here's hoping that it's just smoke and mirrors of some sort, because we are buggered if we don't strengthen in some way, even if it just to appease the fans baying for his head.

I was one of them people myself until after the West Brom game, which convinced me he has no control of his players. I've had countless arguments over the Christmas period about how we need to keep him and give him a chance, but as I say I'm starting to get tired of him.

We may have it, but I actually reckon Martinez wouldn't spend it no matter what because he's starting to come across lately as a touch stubborn, and would see bringing players in as a sign that he has been wrong all along,I know it sounds daft but I could see that happening.

You can't control players once they are on the pitch. Professional players should be able to control themselves, and on that occasion, Kevin Mirallas didn't. I'd be losing faith in Mirallas for going against team I orders.

If we were winning we wouldn't be having this conversation. Martinez has tried things this season that haven't worked. BUT we still have a quality squad, the best squad in my lifetime, the players are still putting the effort in. I don't believe these rumours of him having lost the dressing room. We have been a mixture of unlucky, lacking creativity and too many individual mistakes costing us cheap goals.

The manager needs to take responsibility for the team he puts out, sometimes his selection is absurd but as with a lot of our players he's young and still learning. Ultimately a lot of our results this year have been down to individual player errors.

Martinez and Everton have proved this season that both aren't as good as we all hoped/thought we were last season. But we also aren't as bad as this seasons showing so far. The reality is we have a young manager a lot of young players coming through and things will take time. Last season showed the potential on the squad, this season is showing the youth and inexperience side of it.

Bobby hasn't covered himself in glory so far this season but how many of the players have?

Edit. I think a lot of us see how good our squad is and are shitting it that our good playersm mirallas, lukaku, srones, Barkley are going to leave if we carry on as we are. That's a fair concern and realistic with the way the game is now, but most of them have just signed long term contracts. All of them said they loved working with Bobby when signing on and him being one of the biggest factors and we have to hope they mean that and are in it for the long term.
