No, the Norwegian league is garbage.

He somehow talked Anelka, Djorkaef and others into going to bloody Bolton mate, so wouldn't completely discount he has the ability of talking a player into a move no one would have ever thought likely.
Reading around the subject, Dortmund last summer wanted to sell, and no one came in before the clubs imposed deadline on bidding on him, player himself was willing to enter talks about going to china, both those factors suggest it has at least some possibility.
He seems to be a player the media love to link to lots of teams, but who for whatever reason doesn't generate actual interest or bids from teams.
If a 'big' club wanted him - they ain't buying him in January whilst he is cup tied for the CL
still think it's way more likely he will end up at a Milan or Inter type team though
