Left back is an absolute must. Baines was never going to play all season. Injuries when 30+ years of age take more time to heal. Absolute shocker not getting proper cover in last summer. As for Martina.....words fail me.

He’s good, but he can improve a lot. Makes some great saves, but he also let a few «easy ones» in.

Can see only one more in the door now and maybe 4/5 going out . Out of FA Cup with only league positions up for grabs Moshiri I suspect will only fund a LB which is critical and then it’s sell to buy but the players we are been linked with may not fancy it Nzonzi / seri etc ..

Problem is that the ones he doesn’t think will help him get points are not ones that he would be interested in sending out on loan to develop. Because he doesn’t have a plan beyond keeping us from relegation and getting the bonus money.
