Yeah will be interesting if Moshiri does start feeding them things - or sanctions stuff being passed onto them, seemed very chummy after the AGM together.
...it’s day 18 of the January transfer window and here’s a round-up of rumours for this Thursday morning;
- According to IBT website, Everton are expected to sign £4m Charlton defender, Ezri Konsa, before the end of the January transfer window.
- The Liverpool Echo reports tumbling odds on Leicester’s Jamie Vardy joining Everton. Apparently Oddschecker website show the odds shrinking from 16-1 to 10-1 favourites.
- The Echo also links Everton with Bayern Munich Left Back, Juan Bernat. The 24 year old Spaniard is struggling for game time at Bayern since an £8m move from Valencia in 2014 and has 18 months left on his contract.
- Guardian journalist, Ed Aaron’s, story is repeated. More specifically, that Everton will find out this week if they have been successful in their pursuit of 20 year old Lille striker, Martin Terrier.
- Estadio Deportivo news outlet report Everton still have a chance of acquiring Steven N’Zonzi from Sevilla but would have to pay in excess of £20m.
- A report says a host of Championship clubs are eyeing Everton starlet, Anthony Evans. The 19 year old scored twice in Everton’s 2-1 U23 victory at Spurs on Monday night and only has 6 months left on his current contract.

Nzonzi, 100% yes, exactly sort of midfielder we need.
Only signed a 26 and a 28 year old so far this window, so that's going well.
Bernat was good in Spain. No idea if he is still performing at that level. Would have him on loan all day long tho.
Yeah, but if you don’t include the next 4 seasons, he’s 30.

Wouldn't take much more than 50m now to actually get this squad looking in pretty good shape, Nzonzi -20-25m?, 15-20m for a new cb?, 15m for Bernat? Could probably recoup most of that with selling Schneiderlin (15-20m), Niasse (13m) and other players who aren't featuring (Lennon, Besic, Klassen, Sandro etc)

Still been playing a fair amount of games for Bayern when i checked him up before, checked his season review vids for the last few seasons at Beyern as well, doesn't look any different to the player he looked at Valencia really, would massively change the shape of our team if someone like that arrived.
Comments under his vids from Bayern fans seem to be positive entirely about him btw
