Really takes the biscuit when PSG, virtually proven of fixing inflated sponsorship deals to get around FFP rules and spend more on transfers, 'only' have a set and small amount they can spend on a new player. Of course, if it were last year and if Gueye were a Liverpool player, they'd have probably spent 75m on him.

That's the thing mate, we could throw all the money we want at Watford to try and get him, but at the end of the day it's down to the player, and he's set his sights higher than us.

Reports today that Gana has already spoken to the PSG manager and is looking for a property in Paris. If we did this we would be accused of "Tapping Up" players and "Ruining the Transfer Window".
I am not that bothered if he goes as long as we get a replacement in and we get a good price for him, its just the hypocrisy of it that astounds me

How do they speak to him if no bid is made and Everton gives no permission?
