I am saying theoretically Silva like koeman and allardyce are massively under achieving with Everton considering the amount invested in the squad. So comparing us to west ham and saying Silva must be better than him because we are above them is neither here nor there. West ham have invested nowhere near the same amount we have in the team.

Sorry but any team that spends 300 million in 2 years and can't get past 7th is failing no matter who the manager is.
