...that would mean a big change in tact given our insistence on a loan. A permanent move might be risky but it could be a risk worth taking given the demand for his services last summer.

Some will say we have enough wingers but Deulofeu and Lennon appear surplus to requirements and Bolasie won't be available for 12 months. Lookman's game time will be managed which leaves Mirallas who hasn't been a regular under Koeman but is in fine form at the moment.

Kev has played in 20 league games so far and has most minutes from the abovementioned 4 wingers, to be fair.
