in the 15/16 season west ham where paying 69.5m in wages mate, this season they are paying 79.8m an increase of 10.3m (STCC states they are allowed a 7m increase per season), they can't actually make any added revenue from the ground in sponsorship etc as they don't own it (probably actually lost in terms of that) the only player they sold is Tomkins for 9m - and who they basically had to sell in order to comply with the wages rules?

and they have Zaza, Calleri and Tore on loan that there having to pay the wages of as well

Sale of Upton Park? Would that count?

Increase in Shirt Sponsorship, they will also have increased commercial income from the new stadium. More match day income, bigger capacity and increase in corporate.

Not sure exactly how much of the match day income they get from the enw stadium mate, remember reading something about it being only a % of what they generate, with the amount of discounted seats they have had to give for the stadium to not be half empty, have they actually increased revenue from bums through the door? Corporate will obviously be a hike for them and the shirt sponsor i think was an increase from 6m to 10m this season over the previous deal (so a 4m increase)

Also not entirely sure how the refitting cost for the stadium that west ham chipped in with (15m) and the yearly rental are factored into the STCC rules (4m per year)

Either way though they are pretty close to STCC limits, and have no recongizeable striker and holes all over the shop more important than a centre mid playmaker type

Oh yeah they also have seedy grubby little thieves as owners and a right slag on the board

he can play wide either side or centre attacking mid very well mate, but he's best sat deep and given license to get forward or sit and spread the ball around (for CSKA he does both of those in games) often starts the play spreads the ball out and then bombs forward to support the attack arriving late in the box.
You've sold him to me. I want him so badly and I'm gonna fume massively if we don't get him.

Never seen the lad kick a ball in my life, so I'm gonna hold you accountable for my vet bills when the window shuts.

They sold the Boleyn ground to developers for about 20 million, that will cover the refit costs.

The rent of 2.5 million includes all the running costs and overheads, that will bring them a saving compared to the runnings costs of the old ground.

Come next season, they will have a naming deal in place for the stadium so they can increase wages again way above the 7 million.

They have to give 4m a year of any Stadium sponsorship deal back mate, after that they only recieve 50% of anything above the 4m figure, as of a few months back they where in negotiations for a 6m a year deal - so they'd only get 1m increase from it.

the owners have honestly absolutely shafted that club in order to make themselves a huge profit when they sell up in a couple of years
