Could the same not be said for McCarthy in his first season under Martinez? I rate Schneiderlin very highly and am amazed he hasn't had a run for United but not sure he's much different to McCarthy at his best. That's meant as praise for McCarthy not criticism of Schneiderlin though.

Schneiderlein has the work rate of McCarthy, but is far superior in his passing range. Gana and scherderlein would be great together.

Schneiderlin would be huge for Everton imho.

He'd be a natural replacement for Barry, in his Prime, and in the grand scheme of things £24m isn't so bad, when Bolasie is £30m.

He's got a great range of passing, a strong tackler, and importantly, when played correctly, can get amongst the goals. Would certainly take some pressure of Gueye!

Morgan S would be a brilliant signing. Much prefer him over Depay even though they are completely different players.

Depay could provide more excitement should he start turning upto games.
