Think we would all unanimously welcome him mate.

Would go back at Swans with 25+ and flash a large wage at Gylfi. We are going to have to be willing to shell out some oversized wages.....

Morgs, Depay, Sigurdsson and Keane would be a super window. Course it would cost 90m and is thus completely unrealistic, but would be what we need.

In fairness we could probably flog off enough dead wood to make that a more realistic net spend, considering today's crazy market prices, I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibilities that we could get;

4-6 mil - Niasse,
8-12 mil - Cleverley,
6-8 mil - Gibson,
2-4 Mil - Jagielka,
2-4 Mil - McGeady
2-4 mil - Barry
6-8 Mil - Lennon

So that's potentially 30-46 million there just from offloading dead wood, so if we spent the guts of 90 million on 4 or 5 players and managed to sell the above (which is probably unlikely) and factor in the net spend of the summer window, you're talking around a 45-50 mil net spend for the whole season which actually isn't all that unrealistic. The problem is that it's all hypothetical and selling the deadwood is going to be tough.

Not a chance on a few of those.

Niasse ~£5m
Cleverley ~£6m
Gibson ~1m/nominal
Jagielka ~£2m tops
McGeady ~£500k
Barry ~£1m - Why would anyone sell him anyway, great influence around the club.
Lennon ~£5m.

Barry still is a player for us but the others can sell with a reasonable price especially gibson.
I dont know why we still give him a new contract on this summer.

we don't have daniel levy selling our players mate, if we did, we probably would get those amounts.

You're really underestimating prices at the moment. Have a look at the fees for some utterly terrible players over the last year.

Agreed on Barry though.
