All the 'itk's' are all about getting traffic to there specific site.
How may of you have visited TEF based on wrd1878 claiming we are in for VVD and Mertens. Same happened in the summer.
They can always fall back on 'we were in for him though, we just couldnt get it done'.
Happened in the summer with mata, witsel, carvalho etc and they are doing it again.

On the VVD situation the lad is going no were this january
1) saints dont sell in jan. Wanyama and Mane both wanted to move last january and the board wouldnt allow them, even to the extent they ended up getting less money for wanyama. They only sell in the summer.
2) VVD will be happy to sit it out till the simmer for his move also, saints have a chance of winning a trophy, we dont! Why would he turn that down just to play for us and finish 7th, when he could wait till the summer, win the league cup and in the meanwhile his agent can scope the calibre of team he could go too

It appears so, though we were linked with a lot of big bids in the summer and nothing happened. Do get the feeling this time it is slightly different though.

There was no doubt summer was a mess, tbh we were very unorganised, took forever to get RK in then he went on 2 holidays. Took a while to get Walsh in and I don't think they really sorted out who they wanted.
This time they seem to know who they want, they have sorted out the finances at the club and have a plan.

He's friends with Koeman an will probably want to play for him again also and extra wages.

My point mate was even if he is correct and we are trying to get VVD this jan. Southampton wont sell him this january with a cup final on the horizen and VVD wont turn down the chance of silverwear when he can just stay put for 6 months win a trophy with southampton and move on this summer.

Just because we are in for a player dosent mean we will get him
