Current Squad - highlighted will be sold/released.
So 16 left, plus possibly Baines (one more year as an extension) and Walcott (one more year).
So for me, we need a left back (even if Baines stays), 2 Centre Backs, A #10 and another attacking midfielder and a centre forward who scores goals.
Leaves us with a squad of about 22/23.
I think Marcel has done a brilliant job trimming this bloated squad from the rubbish we've had. Now we just need a couple of "potential, young" world class players (spend the money) and we are looking good.

I think the first task for Carlo will be to see if he can squeeze and extra 10% out of the players we have. He may also bring 1 or 2 signings in but they will need to be top draw as opposed to the current crop of journeymen.
I wonder how long it will take for him to lean on some of the academy players for a bit of energy and speed. I’m not sure what his track record is like with younger players, but this would be my starting point before Jan.

Would be a fantastic signing. If they go down at the end of the year, which I hope they do, he’ll want to leave and we badly need creativity and class in the middle of the park.
Those contract expiry lists make me very happy indeed. We’ll be free of so much dead weight in a year and a half. Add Sigurdsson, Tosun and Keane to the list of outs and we actually look alright.
Very creative little player, plays sexy through balls, it’s a yes from me. Same as Grealish, he’ll want to stay in this league and we could do worse.
If I could choose one Norwich player then I think I would go with Todd cantwell. Looked really good whenever I've seen him
