I just think he drags his feet on outs. I put it down to not having a domestic network of contacts, he maybe does abroad. It’s not a coincidence a lot of our players go abroad on loans etc.

Personally, I think his job is to broker, he should be saying to Niasse, look you get paid the same but go play and get a profile for your next move and earn yourself a contract in the summer, then you activate agents, make calls drum up interest, offer wages percentages.

I think it’s his job to negotiate that, Walsh to be fair to him was good at shifting rubbish.

Ill be honest, I think Gomes is wasted as a DM. He's got an eye for a forward pass yet he was often the furthest back even behind CB's. I've no idea why they put him there.

Heads imploding because we didn’t pay over the odds for an average at best player that we want shot of next season as his wages are way too high and he’s garbage , I for one appreciate the way this transfer window has played out, would have liked a few more pieces of dead wood to have been given the good bye but most will be out of contract in the summer so F@£k em , the future is looking promising , and that’s not a next year will be our year sentiment it’ll be 2 years or more before wholesale changes will take effect

As I said the other day, when we have players who wouldn't get into the bottom half of the Championship like Niasse, Martina, Bolasie, Basic, Sandro (I know latters are on loan but you get the point) etc on the books, players who've been completely found out to be useless and generally rotten like Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson, Walcott etc who in their right mind would spend money on them? I'm amazed we managed to ship out Tosun, bit who knows we might be paying all of his wages!

Absolutely no one. Unless they employ Steve 'fraud' Walsh. Without those players leaving, which sadly for many might not even happen in the summer, how can we sign better players.
