That's more than you can say for our lot. No striker is scoring a bagful in our team. Maupay scored goals at Brighton but we are a creative black hole. Wood would at least win balls in the air which is basically alls we do.

We need to get away from this obsession some fans seem to have with having a big target man up top, it's just too easy for other teams to play against and it's very predictable. We also currently have wingers, none of whom can cross or pass the ball properly so it's utterly pointless anyway imo. Any striker that comes in needs to be the sort that can make a chance off their own back and does not need to be handed everything on a plate to them.

Well I can see where you're coming from there, but Simon Buttle above's post I agree with more, just getting that type in is the problem, but we have had a while to think about it.

Same think he would be decent here not sure about him as the cf option but wide forward i think would be a great move.

Agree no chance they let him go on loan then we pay big money and stuck with another player like rondon who is not good enough

Well I can see where you're coming from there, but Simon Buttle above's post I agree with more, just getting that type in is the problem, but we have had a while to think about it.

I agree we should be moving away from target men but unfortunately we won't move away from them as it stands. He also wants a striker to create and score chances on their own and they basically cost 100 million and don't join sides in a relegation scrap in Jan so that isn't happening. We have a player that is the opposite and we have done absolutely nothing to try and change how we play.
