We cant afford to hand out big contract extensions right now tbf. Thats due to the ineptitude of the club and the failure to improve the squad last summer

I think it was our worst transfer window under Moshiri and thats not hindsight. I was screaming all summer that we were getting it all wrong.

Other than the 2 centre halves, every other move we made was a bad one. To spend the Richarlison money on Gueye Onana Mcneil and Maupay is barely believable. He should be the first one out the door along with the board.

The hilarity that we knocked back a 40m+ for Gordon then spent the richarlison money on McNeill maupay and onana says all you need to know about the rats running this club. Whatever money we do have will no doubt be pissed up the wall on some absolute crabs.

But it constantly comes from our attackers being wasteful and our midfield either being clueless or having nothing infront doing anything.

I rather we blow the sum on Kudus rather than McNeil and Maupay. We need quality not quantity.

Mcniel has been quite disappointing. Garner might still come good. Maupay is what he is. A backup/sub role player at best.

Release Vinagre to his club what’s the point. We can save wages too knowing we are skint. Come on just give the contract to Pickford. I’ll also just play Godfrey at lb. He was alright when Carlo used him there.
