I'd say this as well: getting one striker in wont be enough. Unless it's an absolute dream signing and they stay fit then we'll be relegated with just one more addition up front.

They have to get two strikers in and if possible a FB that can actually attack and whip crosses in and get in the box and grab a goal or two.

The next 4 weeks will decide the fate of this club for the next decade. That's not dramatic, itls the truth. And to see the BS propaganda spin around Calvert-Lewin 'getting back' and what Tom Cannon might achieve now doing the rounds is alarming to say the least.

Two striker in or forget about it...and forget about Everton as a top flight football club for the best part of a decade.

I’m opening this thread because it could be key to our future in the top flight. Surely the club realise we can’t rely on a fragile Dominic Calvert-Lewin & we have zero effective back-up options. Also, our wide attackers collectively offer little or no threat.

Thelwell should be on the case & have them lined up, our failure to bring effective attacking talent in the summer was bordering on football negligence.

I’m not seeing us linked with anybody but the rumours will hopefully be aplenty with the World Cup a few weeks away.

i understand the window runs from 1st Jan to 11pm on 31st Jan.

We need to weaken the teams around us like Newcastle did last season. We need to buy some players from wolves , west ham, Brentford etc.

Its funny, reading some posts on here championing Dyche to bring back the Moyes days, but these posters wouldn`t bring back Moyes if given the opportunity even though Moyes ceiling is higher than Dyche given previous experience...

Dyche isn`t a ? manager, some will say he has a relegation on his CV which was also thrown at Howe on here previously. I`d prefer to look at it this way, how many times did he avoid relegation? But the one time he couldn`t is the one they all remember... as with Howe.

To be honest that is the actual 'elephant in the room'. It wouldn't be Everton to 'just' get relegated. The shishow these have overseen will make sure that recievership is the great big bow that gift wraps relegation.
