If we went out and bought someone on day one just because they were available rather then wait for someone who's top of the list thats how we end up with Maupay and mcneil.

We could of had emanuual Dennis in on January the 1st or we could get thuram on the last day of the transfer window per say.

But if we did that I guarantee on February the 2nd you'd be kicking off about getting Dennis in over thuram.

I'd rather wait and get the best we can this window then rush and get crap in.

I'll make my judgement of the window when it closes.

I'm not defending the club. The board to completely responsible for the state we're in. Years of miss management has lead us here not the 10 months that our DoF has been in charge.

Brands got sacked for basically saying he was working with his hands tied.

This club is ran like a corner shop from the 80s. Were a joke in the modern footballing world and our board are so up their own arses they think their doing a brilliant job.

That quote from kenwright "someone from another club said to me when we're making a decision we think what would everton do because they usually get it right". There is no doubt in my mind that that person who said that was taking the Micheal out of kenwright right to his face and hes too up his own arse to even realise it.

I have always felt that sacking was unfair, too many folk pointing a finger at him for the bad signings.

Arsenal hardly spent at all when building their new stadium. Makes me wonder how much money is being siphoned over to BMD until either it’s finished or Mosh gets much needed investment now Usmanov is apparently out of the picture

I see your point, but unfortunately Arsenal at that time were in a better position on field than we are at the moment, so our useless board need to address the playing side first and foremost, unless they want us to have the best stadium in the championship.
