I thought the whole reason for a DoF was that it didn't matter who was in charge e.g. like Brighton. So if that's right we are either unable to bring anybody in through complete lack of finances or haven't identified the correct players yet (ridiculous I know but that's where we are). This gets me onto my point that to have not brought anybody in now indicates it's nothing to do with who's the manager because they don't need him in place to supposedly build the squad. This then leads you to deduce that the running of this club is without doubt an absolute joke and the shortage of striking options is criminal to whoever was in charge.
