I'm not saying Gray is an amazing creative player, he isn't, but as it stands he's created the best quality of opportunities in the side. Last season he also created our most chances. That's a problem, because he's not particularly someone who always gets his head up - which is I think the point you're making? - or makes the right decision.

Iwobi is our most creative player in terms of quantity this season but when it comes to his xA it's lower - basically from the chances he's created that have resulted in assists, players have overperformed in terms of their finishing. Calvert-Lewin v Palace is a good example of that.

Yeah I agree. Just saying the figure is not only comparatively low, it's damning given the opportunities he's had to make it higher.
If Gray doesn't have the vision or passing range he shouldnt be playing in the 10 role. He'll get found out very quickly by PL DMs and CB and bullied to the bench, very diff coming in from wide.
And for me Iwobi shouldn't be seen as a creator/10.
We're in effing limbo as it stands.

He's out of contract in the summer so he might be trying to get a move back to France.

He's contracted with us until 2024 I believe

It's a mess. given Garner comes in i'd rather see em spend on 7,9,11 (goals) and wing backs and have Onana and Garner rotating thru 10, Gana holding.
Reckon things'll get worse without the 3CMs.

What's the score with Danjuma? I try to watch football from around Europe, but I never really watch La Liga these days.

I know his goal record is impressive but has he improved as a player? At Bournemouth, he just seemed to like cutting inside and taking tame shots at the keeper.

Ouattara and Moffi I would love to have here (I've seen a decent amount of them). I know however that players don't always settle and we can all get things wrong, but I'd be genuinely excited if we signed them. I have no idea if Danjuma has improved. Please enlighten me GOT scouts! ?

Said for months Periera should be considered, free roaming 'No 10' who cuts in from the right. He in England every opportunity he gets as he often seen at West Brom games and the local Tesco's so assume he still renting local accommodation
