I would take that in a heart beat IF we knew it would be reinvested in the team
A small amount of it maybe for a replacement or loan. And that assume the buying club stumps a decent amount up front - more likely it will be future cash flows.

Expect the largest chunk of it to prop up financial loans etc.

100%. Any incoming cash will be put aside for when 777 don’t get approved as owners and we need to pay back all their loans.

If Myers is right and 777 approval could be imminent it might slightly alter the January picture. Not expecting a big splurge or anything but unlike Moshiri they might at least be able to provide a bit of cash flow to get a deal or two done to boost the squad.

Not convinced they are the right owners long term but unblocking the cash flow issue in the short term would be a boost, especially if it can be done with time to spare in the window.

If 777 approval is imminent i would not be surprised if they do the opposite: sell Onana and get a loan in as a replacement or a low cost signing from any of their other clubs.

Onana to Arsenal then.

Silly Everton thinking you were allowed have nice things.

Honestly he is one of the most over rated I have seen in an Everton shirt for year. He’s young and barely runs, he hardly scores and won’t get many assists. Maybe they see him as their next Viera but he’s so far from the finished article. I jsut hope we say to these clubs he’s worth 80:90m like they all do to us.

@Simon Buttle

His problem is that he will do something that makes your jaw drop but then he follows it up by giving the ball away in a capacity that makes Tom Davies look good, which then leads to him getting wound up and frustrated and he starts jumping into challenges with 2 feet, and he can get very wound up at times. I'm glad it's only a loan.
