Oh, he'll come good. But that was a kid coming in cold who doesn't have the rhythm or pace of the game in his legs after months on the bench. That's why he needs a loan and a full season of game time.

Just want to add that if that was a DOGSO red, with an attacker who wasn't playing the ball, it absolutely was on the Richarlison penalty, where the defender never played the ball and grabbed the man who was through.

To me he's incredibly unlucky. It's a massive ball over the top. Toney beats him for pace and makes him get on the wrong side then he clips toneys legs accidentally. You'll find experienced premier League defenders doing the same thing.
