Amazing to see how many deluded people there are out there, who think our finances are rosy and we can hold clubs, like the Scab 6, ransom.
Depends who believe, if you believe talkSPORT or Sky then we need to sell the whole squad or we’re in administration. If you believe people who’re close to the club,
They will tell you we ain’t going into administration and plenty of Evertonians are working hard behind the scenes and 2/3 parties are interested in buying us.

We`ve listened to that since the day Kenwrong took over, everytime we needed a distraction from the mess we were in the 2/3 interested party story came out. I`ll believe it when it happens, if it happens.

Believe the people who are close to the club, they are not trying to sell a story or make one up they know the score. For anyone with plenty of money and patience they know they will make a profit, a huge profit, by buying EvertonFC.

He's the only acceptable sale for me, if we sell Branthwaite/ Pickford we might as well give up because we will never get anywhere near the quality of player back in with our financial constraints.
The beauty of selling Onana, providing we make a good profit, is that he will not be missed going by how he performed for Everton. What he does in the future has no bearing on how he played while he was here.

£40m to Man Utd according to this morning’s gutter press.

Christ.
Don’t worry about sc*m lies mate.

Even in a good old fashioned auction if United bid 40 you’d have another 5 clubs with their hands up for 45, and so on.

Our financial position MIGHT mean taking 60-65 instead of the 75-80 he should really go for, but the market itself wouldn’t let him go for 40.

While I agree that some media sources aren't absolutely on the money the notion that we can believe that people presented as 'close to the club' actually have a clue is a bit of a leap. Who exactly are these people putting their heads above the parapet? Garbage sites like EvertonNews?

And 2 or 3 parties interested in buying means absolutely nothing until they're actually identified and put forward solid proposals. Until then it's all tomorrows fish paper and holds no credence whatsoever. They're are absolutely loads of 'media' outlets presenting opinion as news all over the internet be it positive or negative.

Speculative at best. There are a lot of club owners and former club owners who will tell you from actual experience that they are not a great source of personal wealth if you actually want to win things and play the game rather than look at it as an asset to be stripped or leveraged.

Hopefully this season has taught us that stripping the squad bare to try and comply with the rules is a fools errand.

Take the deductions and keep the players.
Or that 'complying with the rules' is a great diversion from the fact that the club took out lots of very costly loans and needs to find more money from somewhere to keep up with the payments. But why admit to making a pigs ear or running things when they can lay the blame squarely at financial rules?

I'm not saying they haven't played a part but the constant bemoaning of them as the source of all problems is ridiculous. And regardless, bigger losses equals bigger deductions and that's not something we can sustain.

We should look at offers for all our players but if they don't meet our valuation come 11.59 on 30th June we should pull out a Wolf of Wall Street video and tell PL, Sky and the rest of the whores to GTF.
Bring on whatever points deduction they want to throw at us

Cash flow probably being more of an issue this summer. Hopefully if we can see this next seiasn out, things will look much more rosey.

Usman.. I mean 777 sorted us out for cashflow since October. After contracts expire for Gomes, Dele, Lonergan, Harrison and Danjuma... Everton's monthly wage bill will go down by about 1.5 / 2 mil a month which will help with cashflow in the immediate.

Put it this way, I could see Branthwaite being sold to Balance the PSR books to some degree, but selling him to pay a few months bills is unthinkable. We can find a way to pay the bills, we cannot sell an 80 mil asset for half the price.

Hell, Moshiri might actually start using his own money again at some point!
