The big thing is they are prepared to take risks though, you have to these days otherwise you lose out to the big boys, hence the key thing being player attribute criteria rather than stuff like what league a player is from, they are really not arsed about stuff like that. We sign loads of players without premier league experience that isn’t our problem it’s that recently wherever we sign them from they don’t often overperform for what we pay.

In the last 3 years we’ve brought in 24 players, only 5 hadn’t played in the PL; 1 of them is Patterson from Scotland
