2024/25 Jarrad Branthwaite

Injury is entirely down to Dyche.
My mates nans neighbours son works at FF and Dyche has apparently had him goose stepping round the perimeter of the complex with 10kg weights round his ankles to ‘get him ready for the hard yards’
No wonder his groin is giving him gip.

mates nans. neighbours sons mate dog walking brother, mates shop worker sisters mothers son
ohhh

It did, I literally said either hes either safe to play or shouldn't even be on the bench. That hes either fine, or Dyche isnt protecting him but instead the opposite, putting him in danger.

"Its insane to me to say that a player isnt fit to play but hes literally playing. The only other alternative is to say Dyche is putting him in danger by playing him right now. If thats true then you cant say Dyche is doing a good job of protecting him while hes literally putting him in danger."

Also, why was he called up to the u-21s when injured, and why was he THEN called up to the main team when they knew he was injured and unable to play?

It really isn't a binary situation.

Players CAN be ok to play 20/30 minutes but not play more as they'll risk injury. Players can play 90 minutes but suffer from a bit of a reaction and have to sit out training for a day or two. I know the modern mind set is that everything is black and white and there's absolutely no nuance, but it really is as simple as him probably having a slight flare up and being looked after properly.

I just don't understand why everything has to be one thing or another with some people.
