So many people are horrible morons when it comes to players with long term injuries.

None of us know what is going on and it has affected Gbamin more than anyone (obviously).

I only wish him the best and I cast no negative judgement on him about his desire or other such nonsense.
There are some utterly horrendous postings in this thread. Suggesting anything from a corrupt deal to JP wanting to be injured. Its pathetic.

Gbamin...

Gatestrophe...

Utter failure due to misfortune...

We won't see him this season...

Will take him months to get physically match fit again...

Next season we will see if he has the commitment needed to play at Everton...

Not totally convinced he has the desire...
On what basis does he not have the desire?

There’s so many circumstances too where we should be encouraging him not dismissing his attitude. Career threatening injuries one after the other, whilst adapting to a brand new country/club. Put on top of that it’s been a global pandemic where he did his Achilles’ tendon, so it’s not exactly like that’s going to help him settle to new surroundings or be able to help him adapt whilst he’s been away, he’s not a robot and this isn’t Fifa. If he comes back fantastic, if not then these things happen and could have happened to any player.

People need to move on and just forget about this guy and let him does his thing. If it's this season or next season he will be back at some point and when he is it will be basically like a new signing. Folk really need to stop mentioning it though as it's not going to make it happen any quicker.

As if you know anything about his 'desire.' moronic comment. I suppose it was his lack of desire that got him injured in the first place?

I truly don’t think we’re going see him kick a ball for us again. Not sure players tend to bounce back after 2 years out injured.
