It’s more to do with a players mentality than the actual injury and the physical recovery

In answer to you, Archstanton and Nsno-chris, depends on the individual. He will be concerned of getting another injury it is only natural. Many have commented for example on Gomes not being the player he was before injury.

There are physical limitations though mate, with both Gomes and Coleman as well. Neither are the same players who got injured. Very few come back the same players unfortunately.

We were 5-1 up at Burnley the other year and I still thought they might draw!
