Keep until January. Give him a chance under the new gaffer. He's done the job before, so he can do it again. Let's see how he does under RM and see if he rates him. If not, sell in Jan.

I'd give him a chance.

We know he is a finisher and if he is played in a more attacking manner under Roberto we might just see the Jelavic we came to know and love when he first arrived at thye club.

+1 for keeping him. Add me to the group who think(/hope) he will flourish under Martinez' tactics and philosophies.

If he does come good again it will be interesting to compare with how RVP and Rooney do at Man U this season under Moyes, to see if Moyes really was a striker killer.

Football is so bloody hard, that no one really knows why jelevic went from boss to flop, ive heard that he wasn't fit enough, Moyes ruined strikers, Playing alongside Fellaini, defenders sussed him out, confidence was broken, just hope Martinez got a good idea.

Sell.

Appalling season, we don't have the team/finance to keep him hanging around hoping he'll "come good."

3/4 of the way through last season where he went 17 odd games without a goal whilst falling to the floor at any given opportunity really tested my patience with him.

Imagine being that sh*t at your job whilst earning that kind of money? It's like me only being able to turn my computer on at work 2 days a week.

I'm with Housequake...Jelavic couldn't even keep upright last season. Always offside as well...a sign of lack of pace as he always felt the need for an (unfair) head start. No, let the lad go. Apparently, he is under-aroused.

I'd be willing to sell him at the right price, he just doesn't seem a Martinez sort of striker, look at the forwards Matrinez used at Wigan, Moses, Di Santo, Rodallega and of course Kone they were all powerfull like Jelavic, but are all much quicker than him, get involved in all attacking play doing one/two's ect and are good passes, that's not Jelavic. Jelavic is a poacher, who can turn a scrappy half chance into a goal and is good at holding the ball up, which suited Moyes' tactics but he's not out manager anymore.

If we could get over 5m for him i would be more than happy to sell him. I know some people think/hope he can still come good but unfortunately I just don't think he will. Remember Yakubu a few seasons ago, West Ham were after him were willing to pay around 6-8 million for him, we kept him hoping he will come good again, he doesn't, has a crap season and then we sell him for only 2m, i would much rather take good money now and let Martinez bring in his own player who he rates and will suit his tactics rather than hoping he can come good again.

Stay.

I suspect that he'll come good this year and prove what we've suspected all along about Moyes and strikers.
