Come on Dave, i want you to give some credit to the board. All to do but we know Mori and Leanrdro Rodriguez are lined up, we know we bid on Yarkmolenko.... you had said, we have zero to spend unless we sell Stones. This is now looking way off the mark.
Second summer running his predictions have been completely shot to pieces, or is it the third? Losing count tbh. :coffee:

I wouldn't count chickens and all that. my estimate was that there was about £10 million max and a chunk of that is already spent. the Mori one is dependant on a WP that is far from certain
Rodriguez is more likely but still far from certain and at £500k hardly a statement of intent

I said if we had no Stones cash we didn't have a transfer war chest.

Still to see evidence that isn't true. 'Bids' for decent players like Yarmolenko? Great. Not adding to our squad in a hurry though is it?

Still, I won't be churlish: 'well done Bill, thanks for not selling any of our own players yet'.

What I meant was - all the radio and press getting a bonus once the deal was finally sorted.

Sorry mate my fault. Yeah couldn't agree more. Enough brown envelopes going round to make Harry Redknapp admit he was a postman all along.

It's been on radio, online, newspapers, TV - every single way to sell Stones it's been done.

Alex Ferguson was the master of doing this. Mourinho obviously has the same type of stranglehold as Ferguson did and has them all pandering to his every wish.
