John Stones transfer saga

By saying Stones isn't for sale?

That would just be a lie, though. Every player has a price.

There is a reason Utd n City aren't in for him. Hes not for sale. They all know that. Apart from Jose who wants him b4 next summer. But he too has been told hes not for sale.

People moan about all the 'Chelsea propaganda' but we could easily shut it all down.

And we'd come out looking great.

Silly that we haven't.
could we? United told Chelsea, both publicly and privately, that Rooney wasn't for sale at any price and Mourinho still continued to talk about him in the press and made an additional bid.

Chelsea tried to prise Rooney away from Old Trafford last summer, during his rift with United. They made successive and public bids of £20 million and £30 million to force the issue, and while United made it clear both publicly and privately that Rooney would not be sold, Chelsea’s interest remained undimmed. Now, with Fernando Torres approaching some sort of form, Mourinho appears to have admitted defeat.

Agree with this bit. The other big guns will be after him next summer. This is Chelsea's only chance for me.

Why get into a pissing contest with him? Let him mouth off all he likes. He still hasn't put another bid in.

He/they have everything to gain and nothing, apart from the cash, to lose.

They may leave it until the last week of the window and put in a bigger bid, a la Lescott, and we would be up the creek without a paddle.

As mentioned above, they didn't get Rooney. And I'm talking saying something in response to every little thing they say. Something to what Cahill has said today for example.

Oh and LOL at the Torres comment at the bottom of the article!
