If we do sell which I hope we won't, hope the board ask for a sell on fee of the selling price as stones will turn out to be one of the best defenders in Europe, he already one of the best defenders in this league who good on the ball.

If we sell, which I dont think we will btw, not for anything other than bonkers cash, a sell on agreement is largely pointless imo. He is there for 10 years, at least.
 


I have heard this too. But not sure on how it works.
Think % of profit tends to happen with more established players that are being sold for higher prices.

% of sale tends to happen with young players who haven't done much but potentially could go on to be worth loads.

As people have said though, in this case won't make much of a difference.
