Agreed. I think even his strikers were decent purchases. It was the coaching that broke them in the end!

John Stones is as close to the perfect defender as you could hope for. There isn't a player in this league I'd swap him for.

Having Barkley break through and become the player he is was part luck. Us finding this young, English Maldini is just insane when you think of the £££'s teams (RS) spend on average defenders.

After years (decades) of bad luck & cursing the RS's 'deal with the devil' I think our fortunes are turning. Can't wait for us to have all our best players back.
