You could be right in regards to Chelsea, Man City are blerts though, so it wouldn't surprise me to see a player of Stones' quality getting splinters in his arse there.
They are desperately in need of repairing their defence though. I'm massively confident Stones won't be going anywhere, City haven't a clue in the transfer market and will probably buy some overrated La Liga plodder, while Chelsea won't be able to offer him guaranteed first team football for at least another year. He's a smart lad, he'll stay.
