John Stones

He doesn't look bothered anymore. Been crap since after his transfer request. I've always thought if someone comes out like that and doesn't want to be at the club they shouldn't be here.

He's that cool, confident and composed that IMO it can sometimes look like that (Like when people say Barry doesn't run, when in all reality he runs his socks off) the truth is, he's a young lad still learning the game who is going to make mistakes, and at the end of the day he is boss now, and is going to go on to become world class. I said the same about Deulofeu, lets not pick holes in them, lets just enjoy them while they're still here.

I'll be in the minority, but when he was doing those Cruyff turns against Spurs, I was loving it.

I think he'll look back with regret at the 'calm down' gesture after the Spurs incident. It's quite an unusual thing to see a player do (more so than say a wink or a mock wipe of the brow) and exactly the type of thing that brings a lot of attention on yourself. Pundits comment on it and it just ramps up the pressure. Now he's made a few cock ups and the media are loving letting him know. Best not to put yourself on a pedastal else people will wanna knock you off.

I loved it. Was funny

Chelsea made repeated bids up to £38m for Everton’s star without success.
They will try again at the end of the season as Stones, 21, will not move before the transfer window closes on Monday night.
But City are quietly confident they can capture Stones after learning his preference is to stay in England – which will disappoint Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, who have both shown an interest in the defender.

YNFA shared on Facebook his rant on Sky before, just seen it for the first time, he is %100 on spot, its fantastic and passionate, what some Everton fans can't see is he is not having a go at Everton, and its not about putting Stones down, it is about the way the young defender and the team are being managed by the shocking manager, that is the point he is making. Best rant i have seen for ages, need more of this.

Made up nonsense once again written to unsettle a young player under pressure from the media and his own fans (without having done much wrong to deserve it). And the worst part is, the thickos believe it, and we have some stupid fans. I'm sorry, but we really really do.

Some fans genuinely do want him to leave the club. They actively want one of the best young players at this club and the best young English players in ages to be sold.

I'm genuinely sick of Everton entirely down to the vast majority of complete brain dead mongrels we have in our support. The Talksport believing, doom and gloom boo boys who I will in no way question are passionate, they just have a funny way of showing it.

Van Gaal has been 100% right in recent weeks about the media. He may be arrogant, but he is sticking it right up them by finally accusing them of what the majority of them are, and that is people who make stuff up for a living. Not all of them - hell, i'm part of it, but fortunately deal in a service where I can base what I write on facts - but a lot.

Rant over. Apologies if I've offended anyone. It's my opinion and i'm not gonna beat around the bush on it.

If you actively want this club to sell Stones, you're, for lack of a better term, a bit dim.

The thing is that I think Stones does not think his long term future does not lie at Goodison. We know that he was seriouslly thinking of going last summer so RM has to decide when, not if, to cash him in. So its likely that this summer Stones will be getting lots of juicy offers and RM has to decide whether to sell. Incidentally with Mori looking a top buy, I am not so worried if Stones, out of our top four players, goes in exchange for loadsa money. Remember we are a Sell to Buy club.

Lukaku has two more seasons left and he too will be off. So the best we can hope for there is one more season.

Barkley might stick around and we might be able to buy Del Boy outright. That might be the best we can expect.
