John Stones

All things considered I'd rather keep Stones as he's shown much more professionalism. Lukaku is just irritating me now and I won't cry when he goes. However I'm eager to see what Koeman can do with Stones. What a perfect role model and coach for the lad.

This.

We all know Stones accidentally fell over and put in a transfer request, but the lad hasnt once opened his trap and has never shown any ill feeling about the whole thing.

Give him a 10 year contract, make him captain and stick up a statue next to Dixie I say.

Hello mate. The Mirror have made threatening noises to the site over links to their stories being included in posts so the powers that be have asked that we don't.

Also its not fit for wiping your arse with, so its best to pretend we live in a better world where it doesn't exist.
Sorry, I didn't know this.

Thanks for the heads up;)

John Stones for me is Everton,s future. The lad put in a transfer request last season and it was rejected, he carried on playing ,not always to the best of his undoubted ability i reckon, but he continued his job in what we all know now as a crap season under bad management.
If he stays and i so much want him to he will be an icon long after i have left this planet.
Money cant buy John Stones...

That's mental.

Leicester just won the league with Huth and Morgan at centre half. Goal scorers win trophies for clubs, not centre halves.

Yes but they had Vardy, Mahrez, and whoever else step up and play as a cohesive team. We had Lukaku up top and when he was on he was great but he was a lot of the time lazy and what have you

I completely agree with you. I hope Koeman and Moshiri can sit him down and talk him into staying. He could be a long remembered icon for this team if he plays to the potential that we know he can do

Before anyone picks up on what may have been said about ..If you dont want to play for Everton ..then go.. and i would say similar ..BUT..
This lad has got to be the backbone of our team for as long as he can...

Thomasc i can understand the point you are making... come on man this lad was playing under duress last 2 /3 seasons by a no mark coaching and management. Imagine what Koeman can introduce him to.

I hope Stones gives himself opportunity to learn his skills here at EFC under the tutelage of a proper manager. The one we've had the last three years was not a proper manager.
