Because I believe that if the war finished sanctions would lift quickly, months not years.

Ukraine were invaded, that hardly makes them belligerent, they are using different tactics at different times to try to strengthen their hand in the war but ultimately their target is to have back what was theirs before the invasion, don't forget they already lost the Crimea back in 2014 and they are not even talking about that.

Have a day off from being a blert mate! You don’t have to be one 24/7 365 days a year.

You see, if you’d have said that you ‘think’ there is no chance of sanctions being negotiated, then that would be fine. You are entitled to your opinion.

But you don’t ‘know’ that, and your insistence that you do know that, makes you look every bit of a blert as you did when you were pretending to be ignorant of de facto belligerents in a war, after posting an article about the G7 discussing the possibility of further international banking sanctions.
