As an almost life long Missourian, I can maybe illuminate you all on some stereotypes. People born and raised there are often "straight shooters". You ask them a question and they'll usually give you an honest answer. The may couch it a bit in "Midwest nice" which is to say things that may upset or be rude in a softened way. Folks are also often pretty stubborn which is where the phrase "stubborn as a Missouri mule" come from. Missouri is also called the "show-me" state as citizens are often distrustful of words and instead judge folks on their actions.Only complaint I have with Textor over Moshiri is Sexy Texy needs a catch phase similar to Mosh’s ‘Good Ebening Jeem’ if he’s going to be going on the TV more.
A Missouri ‘howdy’ simply doesn’t cut it for me.
