If Kenny played for Liverpool it's unlikely he'd have got near the first team. For every Ibe there's a Cameron Brannogan, or a Jon Flannagan they've let go for nothing.

£7 mil still rubbish , it wouldnt even get you a promising Championship 1st Div player.

I don’t get why people worry about the fee at this stage, for all we know it’s £7m with a 25% sell on clause and increases of £2m for every year Burnley stay up for the next five years. The details are very often not published.

Hopefully, at £7m, Burnley may see it as a gamble worth taking on Jonjoe Kenny since that type of money doesn't get you much these days, especially a player with some EPL and Bundesliga experience. We could really do with a couple of other clubs showing interest to help try and get a bit more of a transfer fee for him.
