Davies is the one for me who has had no coaching at all.
It’s similar to Godfrey, if they had been coached to play in one role in one position they would be twice the players.
Godfrey shouldn’t be shunted to left back, right back until he has had the coaching and time to become an actual centre back.
We done it with, Galloway, Browning and Holgate.

Totally agree it just seems that our players dont seem to improve over the years especially the home grown players, you wonder if the players actually do additional training them selves like Beckham used to do with free kicks or the coaching staff actually pull them to one side away from the group to work on things like delivery etc

Or they just aren’t that good, we massively overhype our young players when they first come through.

Most aren't that good to be honest but coaching for most team must be a walk in the park, bit of running, and kicking the ball round then on to the golf course
