Yep it's more useful with how many inverted wingers we have no. Most lefties aren't so hot going out on their right either.

Having the opportunity to change it is great. Surely nobody is expecting the first choice team, to be the same every time. If they are expected to start with a left footed right winger, then JJK, if not Mykolenko. If they change, we can change.

Good call on Hibbert and Osman - we do need squad players and it looks like Kenny can cover two positions. Even the wings if you were desperate or needed to lock a game down late on.

Then it's up to him to earn starts and he seems to have the attitude for it.
Hibbert and Osman were basically starters and not squad players and there lay our problem under Moyes

On the one hand, I suspect that his performance on Saturday might have had something to do with Raphinha looking like he wants out of Leeds (he was equally poor in their mid-week game vs Aston Villa), but at the same time, he couldn't have done much more to keep his place.

Plus, it's not like Mykolenko is an established starter, so the shirt is probably up for grabs in Lampard's eyes.

And right now Kenny is wearing it.

Anyone know any real info about how well the social media - website teams are connected to the management and football decisions. For instance, Kenny is suddenly all over social media. When Gomes was injured, he was followed / supported on social media. JPGamin hardly at all. Delph, no updates ever. Doucs does a little warm up, and again he's reported. It seems like the social media quite accurately reflects the popularity of players and views on social media, but we don't get a big clue about who's in the manager's thoughts?
Rondon, Tosun etc, hardly any mentions. Would be interesting to know how well versed the marketing & comms teams are with actual decision-making

He seems to be impressing Lampard, maybe he has a chance of a new contract. I am a big fan on having local lads in the team. I hope he continues to improve and gets a contract and makes it.

Not at all really. Their job is to create content that people want to view, so the more popular a player is at a particular moment in time, the more likely they are to be featured prominently. They don't have an inside track on footballing matters.

He's not an absolute disaster of a player, but he'll never be a top-six player. Luckily for him, looks like we'll not be a top-six club for at least his footballing career, so a new contract might yet not be out of the question.

I. Think some of it is where the club are.He was England’s UNDER 19 captain who won the World Cup. I said to an RS that if Trent Arnold would have broke into the team at the time Jon Joe did it would have probably broke him because he wouldn’t have been able to get forward and he would have been exposed defensively. It’s horses for courses. There are alot of of variables that can affect whether a player. Cuts the mustard or becomes an also ran. I’ve always said that JonJoe has never played in a confident team playing on the front foot. He had had alot of baggage and may not recover but this is his ladt chance saloon and he might just take it. My opinion is hes a good player in the wrong place at the wrong time. I’m more than happy to be proved wrong But I hope I’m not.

Probably the best way to describe him, he’s a good depth option & seems like a good guy who gets on well with everyone.

Plus, he does have some skills as his Cruyff turn sent Raphina to the bench
