If Kenny or Coleman could be effective on the left we could have a pair of attacking full backs again once Seamus returns.

Kenny has played on the left for both England (i seem to remember) and 100% has done for the Under 23's - also played at cb for them

Kenny is twice the player Coleman is at the same age.

If Kenny was on the books at another team then we'd be hoping we went in for him - he's better than Childwell was when he was getting hyped and linked to the rs whilst hardly having played for Leicester.

Should be a position that we don't need to look at for a very long time if we manage it correctly, we have Coleman here for the next few years assuming he recovers, with Kenny as a more than capable backup and eventual replacement for him, much like Spurs have done with Walker and probably Rose in the near future - developed their backups to take over seamlessly, we REALLY need someone for the left side though as Baines has 100% deteriorated and playing 50+ games in a season isn't gonna help him regress that, Childwell, Tierney, there is a few very good ones out there

He should start Thursday on the right and Martina on the left and give Baines a rest, we have no cover for Baines and at his age, he shouldn't be overloaded with games

Chilwell is basically a poor mans Baines (younger Baines obviously), over-hyped for sure, but will go on to be at worst a very solid player mate but 100% will never be close to as good as Baines at hispeak was.

Tierney on the other hand looks something special and will go on to be brilliant if he chooses his next move correctly.

There are a few positions up for grabs, even with Koemans favourite's, RB is one untill probably the end of the year so Kenny getting experience there is worth a go as Martina isn't great at defending. Much the same as Niasse is worth ago as Sandro isn't very good at scoring. Isn't hard for Koeman really what's he losing dropping 2 poor players for 2 that have played and changed our fortunes.

They looked like a great combination down the right hand side, something we've been missing recently.

Think he was referring to the point you only notice Dowell for 30 mins of a 90 min game.

AT least in that game not really fair to the lad. He was unlucky not to have 2 goals, but keeper made 2 great saves, one on a beautiful free kick that was targeted for the top corner and a shot in the box that hit the keepers heel and went just wide. He had two great deliveries into the box that should have been converted into at least one if not two goals. That's more than enough for me. To expect him to be influential every minute of every match is a bar no player can reach.
